Do I need to install anything?
No. Denxor is 100% cloud-based. You only need a web browser to access it from any device.
Can I try it before subscribing?
Yes. You can contact us to clarify questions and review whether Denxor fits your real workflow.
Implementation
How long does implementation take?
Usually between 1 and 5 days, depending on the number of users and the initial setup.
Can I start with the basics and grow later?
Yes. You can start with scheduling, records, and payments, and enable additional processes as your operation requires.
Does it include team onboarding?
Yes. It includes onboarding for reception, professionals, and administration, focused on real adoption.
Plans and pricing
Are there contracts or minimum terms?
No. You can cancel at any time without penalties.
How do I choose my plan?
Pricing is based on the number of active professionals. You can choose monthly, semiannual, or annual billing and adjust the quantity as your team changes.
Do medicine and dentistry include the same tools?
They share scheduling, patients, general clinical records, prescriptions, files, payments, reports, and administration. The odontogram and dental workflows are available only to dental organizations.
Security
Is it secure?
Yes. We use data encryption, role-based access controls, and automatic backups. Your clinical information is protected.
Can I control who sees what?
Yes. Each user has permissions according to their role, so they only see what corresponds to them.
